STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITY PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 9 OF SECTION TWO OF THE CAPITAL MARKETS BOARD'S COMMUNIQUÉ NO. II-14.1In accordance with the provisions of the Communiqué on Principles of Financial Reporting in Capital Markets (No. II-14.1) (the "Communiqué") and the Corporate Governance Communiqué (No. II-17.1), we hereby declare that:a) We have reviewed the financial statements and the activity report of our Company for the accounting period January 1 – September 30, 2026, prepared in accordance with Turkish Accounting Standards and Turkish Financial Reporting Standards (TAS/TFRS);b) To the best of our knowledge within the scope of our duties and responsibilities in the Company, the aforementioned financial statements and activity report do not contain any material misstatements or omissions that could render the disclosures misleading as of the date on which they were made;c) To the best of our knowledge within the scope of our duties and responsibilities in the Company, the aforementioned financial statements, prepared in accordance with TAS/TFRS pursuant to the Communiqué, fairly and accurately reflect the Company's assets, liabilities, financial position, and profit or loss, and the activity report fairly presents the development and performance of the Company's business and its financial position, together with the significant risks and uncertainties it faces.We hereby declare the foregoing.SERMAYE PİYASASI KURULU'NUN SERİ: II, NO: 14.1 NUMARALI TEBLİĞ'İN 2. SORUMLULUK BEYANIMIZDIR
Seri II-14.1 sayılı Sermaye Piyasasında Finansal Raporlamaya İlişkin Esaslar Tebliği ("Tebliğ") ile II-17.1 sayılı Kurumsal Yönetim Tebliği hükümleri çerçevesinde yapılan düzenlemeler doğrultusunda;
a) Şirketimizin TMS/TFRS'ye göre hazırlanmış 01.01.2026-30.09.2026 hesap dönemine ait finansal tabloları ile faaliyet raporunun tarafımızca incelendiğini,
b) Şirketteki görev ve sorumluluk alanımızda sahip olduğumuz bilgiler çerçevesinde, söz konusu finansal tablolar ve faaliyet raporunun önemli konularda gerçeğe aykırı bir açıklama içermediği ya da açıklamanın yapıldığı tarih itibariyle yanıltıcı olması sonucunu doğurabilecek herhangi bir eksiklik içermediğini,
c) Şirketteki görev ve sorumluluk alanımızda sahip olduğumuz bilgiler çerçevesinde, bu tebliğ uyarınca TMS/TFRS' ye göre hazırlanmış söz konusu finansal tabloların Şirketin aktifleri, pasifleri, finansal durumu ve kar ve zararı ile ilgili gerçeği dürüst bir biçimde yansıttığını ve faaliyet raporunun işin gelişimi ve performansını ve Şirketin finansal durumunu, karşı karşıya olduğu önemli riskler ve belirsizliklerle birlikte, dürüstçe yansıttığını,
beyan ederiz.
