Şirketimiz bağlı ortaklığı olan Metrobil Teknoloji A.Ş'nin sözkonusu değerleme raporuna göre şirket değeri 131.540.526,80 TL olarak belirlenmiş olup, bu değere göre satışa konu olan %75 oranındaki hissenin değeri 98.655.395,10 TL.dir. Hisse devir sözleşmesine istinaden, satış bedeli ile değerleme raporuna göre %75 oranındaki hisseye düşen değer arasındaki 3.655.395,10 TL.tutarındaki fark alıcıya fatura edilecek ve tahsil edilecektir. Kamuoyu ve Pay Sahiplerine duyurulur.The valuation report on our subsidiary Metrobil Teknoloji A.Ş., prepared by SGD BAĞIMSIZ DENETİM HİZMETLERİ A.Ş. (SGD Independent Audit Services Inc.), is attached. According to the aforementioned valuation report, the value of our subsidiary Metrobil Teknoloji A.Ş. has been determined as TRY 131,540,526.80. Based on this value, the value of the 75% stake subject to the sale is TRY 98,655,395.10. Pursuant to the share transfer agreement, the difference of TRY 3,655,395.10 between the sale price and the value attributable to the 75% stake according to the valuation report will be invoiced to the buyer and collected. This is announced to the public and to our shareholders.
