Şirketimizce arsa malikleri ile iş birliği içinde yürütülen İstanbul Eyüpsultan 5. Levent Arsa Satışı Karşılığı Gelir Paylaşımı İşi ihalesinin 1. oturumu, 27.10.2026 Salı günü saat 11:00'de yapılacaktır.
İhale konusu taşınmaz, İstanbul ili, Eyüpsultan ilçesi, 5. Levent Mahallesi, 1044 ada 147 parselde yer alan, 18.574,58 m² yüzölçümlü ve konut alanı fonksiyonlu parseldir.Taşınmazın 9.434,56 m ²'lik hissesi, 02.10.2026 tarihli özel durum açıklamamızda belirtildiği üzere Şirketimiz portföyüne dahil edilmiş olup kalan 9.140,02 m²'lik hisse, 15.06.2026 tarihli iş birliği protokolü kapsamında p rojeye konu edilmektedir.
Protokol uyarınca, Şirket Payı Toplam Geliri'nin Şirketimiz hissesine isabet eden kısmının tamamı; arsa maliklerinin hisselerine isabet eden kısmının ise %25'i Şirketimize ait olacaktır.
Arsa maliklerine ait hisseler, proje geliştirilmesi amacıyla ayrıca bir arsa satın alma bedeli ödenmeksizin Şirketimiz adına tescil edilecektir.
İhale ilanı ekte yer almaktadır.The first session of the tender for the  Istanbul Eyüpsultan 5. Levent Revenue Sharing Model Project in Return for Land Sale Project , which is being carried out by our Company in cooperation with the landowners, will be held on Tuesday, 27 October 2026, at 11:00.
The property subject to the tender is a parcel located in 5. Levent Neighborhood, Eyüpsultan District, Istanbul Province, registered under block 1044, parcel 147, with a total land area of 18,574.58 sqm and designated for residential use.
As stated in our material event disclosure dated 2 October 2026, a 9,434.56 sqm share of the property has been included in our Company's portfolio, while the remaining 9,140.02 sqm share is included in the project pursuant to the cooperation protocol dated 15 June 2026.
In accordance with the protocol, our Company shall be entitled to the entire portion of the Total Revenue Attributable to the Company Share corresponding to our Company's ownership interest, as well as 25% of the portion corresponding to the landowners' ownership interests.
The landowners' shares shall be registered in the name of our Company for project development purposes, without payment of any additional land acquisition consideration.

In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public is closure Platform (Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu) shall prevail.
