İstanbul 9. Asliye Ticaret Mahkemesi'nin 2026/300 Esas sayılı dosyasının 15.10.2026 tarihli duruşmasında; celse arasında dosyaya sunulan bilirkişi raporuna karşı tarafların beyan ve itiraz sürelerinin dolmasının beklenilmesine, sürenin dolmasını müteakip tarafların itirazları doğrultusunda ve rapor tarihi itibarıyla geçerli döviz kuru da dikkate alınmak suretiyle iki farklı seçenek üzerinden hesaplama yapılması amacıyla dosyanın ek rapor düzenlenmek üzere bilirkişiye tevdiine karar verilmiştir.
Mahkemece bir sonraki duruşmanın 17.12.2026 tarihinde saat 15.15'e bırakılmasına karar verilmiş olup, yargılama devam etmektedir.
Saygılarımızla.At the hearing held on 15.10.2026 regarding the case with file number 2026/300 E. pending before the Istanbul 9th Commercial Court of First Instance, to which our Company is a party; the Court has decided to await the expiration of the period for the parties to submit their statements and objections against the expert report submitted to the file between the hearings. Following the expiration of said period, it has been decided to refer the file back to the expert panel for the preparation of an additional report, aiming to calculate two different options in line with the objections of the parties and by taking into account the exchange rate applicable as of the date of the report.
The Court has resolved to adjourn the next hearing to 17.12.2026 at 15:15, and the legal proceedings are ongoing.
