İstanbul  3. Sulh Ceza Hâkimliğinin 07.10.2026 tarihli kararıyla; Tasarruf Mevduatı Sigorta Fonu (Fon) Şirketimize kayyım olarak atanmış, karar uyarınca Fon Kurulu tarafından Şirketimizin Yönetim Kurulu oluşturularak Yönetim Kurulu Başkanlığına Cemal Okumuş, Yönetim Kurulu Başkan Vekilliğine İrem Soydan Güler, Yönetim Kurulu Üyeliklerine Serdar Karakuş, Gönül Polat ve Kenan Alpdündar atanmıştır.
Şirketin Genel Müdürlük görevine Kenan Alpdündar atanmış olup ilgili işlemlerin tamamlanmasını müteakip görevine başlayacaktır.Şirketimizin yönetimi ve temsili Fon Kurulunca atanan Yönetim Kurulu tarafından yerine getirilmekte olup Şirketimiz ticari faaliyetleri herhangi bir aksama olmaksızın kesintisiz olarak devam etmektedir. Süreçle ilgili gelişmeler Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu'nda (KAP) paylaşılacaktır.
Kamunun bilgilerine saygılarımızla sunarız.Pursuant to the decision of the Istanbul 3rd Criminal Judgeship of Peace dated October 7, 2026, the Savings Deposit Insurance Fund (the "Fund") has been appointed as the trustee of our Company. In accordance with the decision, the Fund Board has constituted the Board of Directors of our Company and appointed Cemal Okumuş as Chairman of the Board of Directors, İrem Soydan Güler as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Serdar Karakuş, Gönül Polat and Kenan Alpdündar as members of the Board of Directors.
Kenan Alpdündar has been appointed as the General Manager of the Company and will commence his duties upon completion of the relevant procedures.
The management and representation of our Company are being carried out by the Board of Directors appointed by the Fund Board, and the commercial activities of our Company continue uninterrupted. Developments regarding the process will be disclosed to the public through the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP).
