Şirketimiz merkezinde yapılan Yönetim Kurulu toplantısı neticesinde, II-17.1 sayılı Kurumsal Yönetim Tebliği kapsamında;
Yönetim Kurulu Üyesi Sn. Hülya SATIR'ın " Denetim Komitesi ", " Riskin Erken Saptanması Komitesi" ve " Kurumsal Yönetim Komitesi " nezdindeki görevlerine son verilmesine, Sn. Hülya SATIR'dan boşalan " Denetim Komitesi Üyeliği ", " Riskin Erken Saptanması Komitesi Üyeliği " ve " Kurumsal Yönetim Komitesi Başkanlığı'na"  Bağımsız Yönetim Kurulu Üyesi Sn. Hüsnü Cemal YANGÖZ'ün atanmasına karar verilmiştir.
Kamuoyunun bilgilerine sunarız.Pursuant to the resolution of the Board of Directors of our Company, it has been resolved, within the scope of the Corporate Governance Communiqué No. II-17.1, that:
The duties of Ms. Hülya SATIR, a Independent Member of the Board of Directors, in the Audit Committee, Committee of Early Detection of Risk and Corporate Governance Committee be terminated; and that Mr. Hüsnü Cemal YANGÖZ, an Independent Member of the Board of Directors, be appointed as the Member of the Audit Committee, Member of the Early Detection of Risk Committee and Chairman of the Corporate Governance Committee, replacing Ms. Hülya SATIR.
