Şirketimiz, uzun dönem operasyonel araç kiralama faaliyetleri doğrultusunda filo yatırımlarına devam etmektedir.
Bu kapsamda, 13 Temmuz 2026-30 Eylül 2026 döneminde kurumsal müşterileri ile gerçekleştirilen yeni kiralama sözleşmeleri doğrultusunda, toplam 394 adet araç için 853.080.289 TL tutarında yatırım gerçekleştirilmiş olup, söz konusu araçlara ilişkin kiralama sözleşmeleri boyunca toplam 1.002.971.412 TL kontrat geliri elde edilecektir.
İlgili dönemde gerçekleştirilen yatırımların tamamı halka arzdan elde edilen kaynaklarla finanse edilmiştir.
13.07.2026 tarihli açıklamamızda duyurulan halka arz fonu kullanımları da dahil olmak üzere, 30 Eylül 2026 itibarıyla halka arzdan elde edilen net gelirden toplam 1.922.129.278 TL kaynak kullanılarak toplam 814 adet araç satın alınmıştır. Söz konusu tutar, halka arzdan elde edilen net gelirin yaklaşık %49'una karşılık gelmektedir. İlgili araçların sözleşme süreleri boyunca toplamda 2.370.788.177 TL kontrat geliri elde edilecektir.
30 Eylül 2026 itibarıyla, halka arzdan elde edilen fonun kalan kısmı vadeli mevduat hesabında değerlendirilmektedir. Bakiye kaynak, izahnamede belirtilen fon kullanım esasları doğrultusunda yeni yatırımlarda kullanılmaya devam edilecektir.
Fon kullanımına ilişkin detaylı bilgilendirmeler, Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu düzenlemelerinde öngörülen süre ve esaslar çerçevesinde ayrıca kamuya açıklanacaktır.

In this context, during the period from 1 3 July 2026 to 30 September 2026, in line with the new lease agreements entered into with our corporate customers, an investment amounting to TRY 853,080,289 was made for a total of 394 vehicles, and a total contractual revenue of TRY 1,002,971,412 will be generated over the terms of the lease agreements relating to these vehicles.
All investments made during the relevant period were financed with the proceeds obtained from the initial public offering.
Including the utilization of IPO proceeds disclosed in our announcement dated 13 July 2026, as of 30 September 2026, a total of TRY 1,922,129,278 of the net proceeds obtained from the initial public offering was used to purchase a total of 814 vehicles. The said amount corresponds to approximately 49% of the net proceeds obtained from the initial public offering. A total contractual revenue of TRY 2,370,788,177 will be generated over the terms of the lease agreements relating to these vehicles.
As of 30 September 2026, the remaining portion of the proceeds obtained from the initial public offering is being held in a time deposit account. The remaining funds will continue to be used for new investments in line with the fund utilization principles set out in the prospectus.
Detailed information regarding the utilization of the proceeds will also be disclosed separately to the public within the periods and in accordance with the principles stipulated under the regulations of the Capital Markets Board.
