24 Ağustos 2026 tarihinden itibaren Şirketimizin Genel Müdürü ve Yönetim Kurulu Başkan Vekili olarak görev yapmakta olan Sayın Hüseyin Emre Sezer, 29 Eylül 2026 tarihinde noter aracılığıyla istifa bildirimi suretiyle anılan görevlerinden ayrılmıştır. Söz konusu istifa bildirimine ilişkin tebligatın 1 Ekim 2026 tarihinde Şirketimize iletildiği bildirilmiş olup, bildirimde yer alan hususlar 5 Ekim 2026 tarihi itibarıyla Şirketimizin bilgisine intikal etmiştir. Tasarruf sahiplerinin ve kamuoyunun bilgisine sunarız.Mr. Hüseyin Emre Sezer, who has been serving as the Chief Executive Officer and Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of our Company since 24 August 2026, has resigned from the aforementioned positions by way of a formal resignation notice served through a notary public, effective as of 29 September 2026. It has been communicated to the Company that the notification relating to the aforementioned resignation was delivered to the Company on 1 October 2026, while the matters set forth therein came to the Company's attention as of 5 October 2026.  Respectfully announced to our shareholders and the public.
In case of any discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of this disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
