Representation Letter Prepared According to Item 9, Section 2 of "Principles About Financial Reporting in Capital Market" Communiqué of CMB
The consolidated statement of financial position, income statement, statement of comprehensive income, statement of cash flows, and statement of changes in equity, together with the accompanying notes, for the accounting period 01.01.2026 – 30.06.2026 (the "Financial Statements"), prepared by our Company and subject to a limited independent audit by Karar Bağımsız Denetim ve Danışmanlık A.Ş., have been prepared in accordance with the Turkish Financial Reporting Standards (TFRS) and the formats prescribed by the Capital Markets Board of Türkiye (CMB), pursuant to the CMB's Communiqué No. II-14.1 on the Principles of Financial Reporting in Capital Markets (the "Communiqué") and the Principle Decision dated 28.12.2023 regarding the application of inflation accounting, and the Interim Activity Report has been prepared in accordance with the CMB regulations.
In accordance with the CMB regulations, we hereby declare that:• The Financial Statements have been reviewed by us;
• To the best of our knowledge and within the scope of our duties and responsibilities at our Company, the Financial Statements do not contain any material misstatement or omission that could render any disclosure misleading as of the date on which it was made;

• Şirketimizdeki görev ve sorumluluk alanımızda sahip olduğumuz bilgiler çerçevesinde, önemli konularda gerçeğe aykırı bir açıklama veya açıklamanın yapıldığı tarih itibarıyla yanıltıcı olması sonucunu doğurabilecek herhangi bir eksiklik içermediğini,
