Kamuoyuna ve Yatırımcılarımızın Bilgisine,
Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu tarafından, yatırım fonlarının portföy yapılarına ve sermaye piyasası araçlarına ilişkin gerçekleştirilen düzenlemeler ve bu düzenlemelerin ardından yaşanan olağanüstü fiyat hareketleri kapsamında aşağıdaki açıklamanın yapılması tarafımızdan gerekli görülmüştür.
Şirketimiz nezdinde ilgili olağanüstü fiyat hareketlerine sebep oluşturabilecek ve şirketimiz tarafından kamuya açıklanmayan hiçbir bilgi bulunmamaktadır. Şirketimiz üretim hedefleri ve ihracat hedefleri doğrultusunda kesintisiz olarak üretimine devam etmektedir.
Şirketimiz Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu tarafından  düzenlenen yatırım fonlarının portföy yapılarının risk yönetimi noktasında  Sermaye Piyasasının sağlıklı ve güvenilir şekilde işlemesine yönelik olarak gerçekleştirilen düzenlemeleri yakından takip etmekte olup  ilgili mevzuat kapsamında gerekli değerlendirmeleri yapmaktadır.
Kamuoyunun ve Yatırımcılarımızın bilgisine saygıyla sunulur,To the Attention of the Public and Our Investors,In light of the regulations introduced by the Capital Markets Board of Türkiye regarding the portfolio composition of investment funds and capital markets instruments, as well as the extraordinary price movements observed following the implementation of such regulations, the Company has deemed it appropriate to make the following statement.The Company is not aware of any information or development that could account for the aforementioned extraordinary price movements and that has not previously been disclosed to the public. The Company continues its production activities without interruption, in line with its established production and export targets.The Company is closely monitoring the regulations introduced by the Capital Markets Board of Türkiye concerning the portfolio structures and risk management practices of investment funds, which are intended to support the sound, orderly and reliable functioning of the capital markets. The Company is conducting the necessary assessments in accordance with the applicable regulatory framework.Respectfully submitted for the information of the public and our investors.
