İş Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş. tarafından ihraç edilecek olan 800 adet Yatırım Kuruluşu Varantı 29.09.2026 tarihinde BİST Yapılandırılmış Ürünler ve Fon Pazarı'nda işlem görmeye başlayacaktır. İhraç edilecek olan Yatırım Kuruluşu Varantlarının ilk satış fiyatları ekteki tabloda sunulmuştur. İlk satış fiyatı sadece seansın ilk açılışında uygulanacak fiyattır ve varantların borsada işlem görmeye başlamasından itibaren varant satış fiyatı değişiklik gösterebilecektir. Varantların seans boyunca ilk satış fiyatından ihraç edileceği kanısına varılmaması gerekmektedir. Varantların ihraç fiyatları sürekli olarak düzeltilecek ve açılış fiyatından işlem görmeyebilecektir. Satış fiyatının belirlenmesine ilişkin detaylı açıklama ilgili Sermaye Piyasası Aracı Notu'nun 5.3 numaralı bölümünde verilmiştir.İş Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş. Investment Firm Warrants to be issued by the Company will start to be traded on the BIST Structured Products and Fund Market on 29.08.2026. The initial sales prices of the Warrants are presented as per attached. The first selling price is only the price to be applied at the first opening of the session, and the warrant selling price may vary from the start of the trading of warrants on the exchange. It should not be concluded that the warrants will be issued at the first sale price during the session. The issue prices of warrants will be corrected continuously and may not be traded at the opening price. Detailed explanation on the determination of the sales price is given in the 5.3 numbered section of the relevant Capital Market Instrument Note.This is the translation of the Turkish public disclosure made by İş Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş. through the Public Disclosure Platform, under the Material Events Guideline prepared in accordance with the Communique of Material Events, numbered II-15.1.
