Şirketimiz tarafından daha önce kamuya açıklandığı üzere, Şirketimiz paylarında gerçekleşen işlemlerin incelenmesi amacıyla Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu ve Borsa İstanbul A.Ş. nezdinde gerekli başvurular 23 Temmuz 2026 tarihinde yapılmıştı.Sermaye piyasalarında yatırımcıların korunması ile piyasaların güvenli, adil ve şeffaf bir şekilde işlemesine yönelik olarak kamu otoritelerince yürütülen mevcut inceleme ve tedbirler de dikkate alınarak, Şirketimiz paylarında gerçekleşen işlemlere ilişkin süreç tarafımızca takip edilmeye ve değerlendirilmeye devam etmektedir.Bu kapsamda, daha önce Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu ve Borsa İstanbul A.Ş. nezdinde yapılan başvurulara ek olarak, savcılık tarafından yapılacak soruşturma neticesinde, suç teşkil eden eylemlerin ve sorumluların tespit edilerek gerekli yasal işlemlerin yürütülmesi amacıyla 24 Eylül 2026 tarihinde ilgili Cumhuriyet Başsavcılığı nezdinde suç duyurusunda da bulunulmuştur.Şirketimiz, yatırımcılarımızın hak ve menfaatlerinin korunması amacıyla ilgili idari ve hukuki süreçleri yakından takip etmekte olup, sermaye piyasası mevzuatı çerçevesinde kamuya açıklanması gereken gelişmeler olması halinde kamuoyu ayrıca bilgilendirilecektir.Kamuoyunun bilgilerine sunarız.As previously disclosed to the public by our Company, the necessary applications were filed with the Capital Markets Board and Borsa İstanbul A.Ş. on 23 July 2026 for the examination of transactions carried out in our Company's shares.
Taking into consideration the ongoing examinations and measures undertaken by the competent public authorities with a view to protecting investors and ensuring the secure, fair and transparent functioning of the capital markets, the process regarding the transactions carried out in our Company's shares continues to be closely monitored and assessed by our Company.
In this context, in addition to the applications previously filed with the Capital Markets Board and Borsa İstanbul A.Ş., a criminal complaint was also filed with the relevant Chief Public Prosecutor's Office on 24 September 2026 for the purpose of identifying, as a result of the investigation to be conducted by the prosecutor's office, any acts constituting a criminal offence and the persons responsible, and taking the necessary legal action.
Our Company closely follows the relevant administrative and legal proceedings with a view to protecting the rights and interests of our investors. The public will be duly informed should any developments arise that require disclosure in accordance with capital markets legislation.
