Sermaye Piyasası Kurulunun II-18.1 sayılı Kayıtlı Sermaye Sistemi Tebliği çerçevesinde, Şirket Esas Sözleşmesi'nin "Sermaye" başlıklı 8. Maddesinin ekteki şekliyle tadili için 02.09.2026 tarihinde Sermaye Piyasası Kuruluna yaptığımız başvurumuz onaylanmıştır. Sözkonusu değişiklik, T.C. Ticaret Bakanlığı nezdinde gerekli izinlerin alınması sonrasında, yapılacak ilk Genel Kurulda pay sahiplerinin onayına sunulacaktır.Within the framework of the Capital Markets Board Communiqué II-18.1 on Authorised Capital System, our application made to the Capital Markets Board on 02.09.2029 for amending Article 8 titled "Capital" of the Company's Articles of Association as attached, has been approved. The aforementioned amendment will be submitted for the approval of the shareholders at the first General Assembly to be held following the receipt of the necessary approvals from the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Trade.
