04.05.2026 tarihli KAP açıklamamıza istinaden, Şirketimizin borçlanma aracı ihracına ilişkin olarak Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun 29.07.2026 tarihli ve 2026/48 sayılı bülteninde onayı duyurulan ve tarafımıza bugün tebliğ edilen ihraç belgesi ve imzalı başvuru formu ekte kamuoyunun bilgisine sunulmaktadır.Pursuant to our material event disclosure dated 04.05.2026, the Capital Markets Board's ("CMB") approval for the planned debt issue was announced in the CMB's bulletin dated 29.07.2026 and numbered 2026/48 and notified to the Company on 06.08.2026. The approved issue document is presented in the attachment.This statement was translated into English for informational purposes. In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure statement, the Turkish version shall prevail.
