Representation Letter Prepared According to Item 9, Section 2 of "Principles About Financial Reporting in Capital Market" Communiqué of CMB
The consolidated statement of financial position, statement of profit or loss, statement of other comprehensive income, statement of cash flows and statement of changes in equity, together with the notes thereto, for the period from 01 January 2026 to 30 June 2026, which were prepared by our Company in accordance with Turkish Financial Reporting Standards (TFRS) and the formats prescribed by the Capital Markets Board of Türkiye (CMB) pursuant to the CMB's Communiqué No. II-14.1 on Principles of Financial Reporting in Capital Markets, as well as the interim period Activity Report, have been prepared in compliance with CMB regulations.
Within this framework, we hereby declare that:
a)They have been reviewed by us;
b)Within the scope of our duties and responsibilities in the Company and based on the information available to us, they do not contain any untrue statements or omissions that could result in the disclosures being misleading as of the date they were made, in respect of material matters;
c)Within the scope of our duties and responsibilities in the Company and based on the information available to us, the financial statements prepared in accordance with the Communiqué, together with those included in the scope of consolidation, fairly present the assets, liabilities, financial position, and profit or loss of the Company, and that the activity report fairly presents the development and performance of the business and, together with those included in the scope of consolidation, the financial position of the Company, as well as the significant risks and uncertainties faced.
We hereby submit this for your information and declare that we are responsible for the disclosures made.
Audit CommitteeŞirketimizce hazırlanan 01.01.2026 - 30.06.2026 dönemine ait, Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun (SPK) II-14.1. "Sermaye Piyasasında Finansal Raporlamaya İlişkin Esaslar Tebliği" (Tebliğ) uyarınca Türkiye Finansal Raporlama Standartları (TFRS) ve SPK tarafından belirlenen formatlar ile uyumlu olarak hazırlanan dipnotları ile birlikte konsolide finansal durum tablosu, kar veya zarar tablosu, diğer kapsamlı gelir tablosu, nakit akış tablosu ve özkaynak değişim tablosu ile ara dönem Faaliyet Raporu'nun, SPK düzenlemeleri doğrultusunda;
a)Tarafımızca incelendiğini,
b) Şirketimizdeki görev ve sorumluluk alanımızda sahip olduğumuz bilgiler çerçevesinde, önemli konularda gerçeğe aykırı bir açıklama veya açıklamanın yapıldığı tarih itibariyle yanıltıcı olması sonucunu doğurabilecek herhangi bir eksiklik içermediğini,
c)Şirketimizdeki görev ve sorumluluk alanımızda sahip olduğumuz bilgiler çerçevesinde, Tebliğ uyarınca hazırlanmış finansal tabloların konsolidasyon kapsamındakilerle birlikte, işletmenin aktifleri, pasifleri, finansal durumu, kâr ve zararı ile ilgili gerçeği dürüst bir biçimde yansıttığını ve faaliyet raporunun işin gelişimi ve performansını ve konsolidasyon kapsamındakilerle birlikte işletmenin finansal durumunu, karşı karşıya olunan önemli risk ve belirsizliklerle birlikte dürüstçe yansıttığını
bilgilerinize sunar, yapılan açıklamadan dolayı sorumlu olduğumuzu beyan ederiz.
