Within the scope of the Volatility Based Measures System (VBMS) that is being implemented in accordance with the Capital Markets Board's decisions, BIGEN.E shares will be subject to gross settlement measure from 30/07/2026 (beginning of the session) until 28/08/2026 (end of the session). Measures that are currently being implemented and defined in the earlier stages of the VBMS ("prohibition of short selling and margin trading" measure) will be in effect until the end date of the gross settlement measure.Note: Measures implemented within the scope of the VBMS are considered separately from trading principles applied for the share as a result of the trading rules of the market/platform in which the share is traded, market segment changes, or other reasons. Accordingly, measures taken with respect to VBMS continue to be implemented until the end of the measure's implementation period irrespective of the validity period of the trading principles implemented with other regulations or decisions.Pursuant to the Capital Markets Board's decision dated 05/12/2024, short selling in Borsa İstanbul Equity Market is only permitted on stocks listed within the BIST 50 Index.Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu kararı uyarınca devreye alınan Volatilite Bazlı Tedbir Sistemi (VBTS) kapsamında BIGEN.E paylarında 30/07/2026 tarihli işlemlerden (seans başından) 28/08/2026 tarihli işlemlere (seans sonuna) kadar brüt takas uygulanacaktır. İlgili payda halihazırda uygulanmakta olan ve VBTS kapsamında önceki aşamalarda tanımlanan tedbirler de (açığa satış ve kredili işlem yasağı tedbiri) brüt takas tedbirinin uygulandığı süre boyunca devam edecektir.Not: VBTS kapsamında getirilen tedbirler, payın işlem gördüğü pazarın/platformun işlem kuralları, pazar değişimi veya diğer nedenlerle uygulanan işlem esaslarından ayrı olarak değerlendirilir. Buna göre VBTS tedbirleri diğer düzenlemeler veya kararlarla uygulamaya alınan işlem esaslarının geçerlilik süresinden ayrı olarak tedbir süresinin sonuna kadar uygulanmaya devam eder.SPK'nın 05/12/2024 tarihli kararı uyarınca yalnızca BIST 50 endeksi kapsamında yer alan paylarda açığa satış yapılabilmektedir.
